The Synoptic Impact Mapping Project is a research project that aims to develop a tool for mapping planned and emergent teaching and learning impact.
The model provides a mapping continuum to diagnose and map areas of teaching and learning impact and growth dynamically across multidimensional domains, including peer and self-assessment.
An online tool will be prototyped and applied by schools alongside the wider MetaPraxis Project from June 2020 onwards to generate and accumulate quantitative and qualitative data, tuning the tool based on narrated practice by students, teachers, schools and Universities.
